Destiny 2: PC Calendar - Nightfall coming Day 1, Leviathan the week after launch

We're days away from the PC release of Destiny 2, and Bungie have unveiled the PC Launch Calendar as they plan to release more content in the upcoming weeks after launch.

Guardian, we hope you're ready for the PC launch of Destiny 2 and have preloaded the game ahead of the October 24th release. As you get started on your journey, it's going to provide you with countless hours as you take on the Single Player Campaign, fight with others in the Crucible and chill out in the downtime with the social hub. It doesn't stop there though, as Bungie will provide fresh content each week, starting with the Leviathan Raid on November 1st. The console version has already seen a number of additions to the base game, with the Trials of the Nine PVP Event and recently the Iron Banner Event (which was featured in the original game). Some of these new additions will only be available for a short time, while others will continue to give players a source for gaining some upgrades.

The Nightfall Strikes will be ready on Day 1, with both Normal and Prestige modes being available. Guided games will also be available for players who are looking to team up with others thanks to the game's matchmaking system. A week after release the Leviathan raid arrives on PC as players work together for great rewards.

Bungie will continue to update their event calendar on a regular basis, as Destiny 2 console players have already seen with a slew of new content every week including the highly popular Leviathan Raid (which unlocks for PC players on November 1st). on November 3rd, PC players will be able to participate in the Trials of the Nine PVP event to compete for powerful rewards (and bragging rights). Finally, on November 7th the PC community can enjoy the Raid Prestige Mode with greater rewards on offer, as well as Raid Guided Games - which offers less experience players a chance to get involved with the raids.
