Far Cry 5: Ultra vs. Normal vs. Low Graphics Comparison + Benchmark | PC | 4K UHD

The latest open world action shooter Far Cry 5 gets a 4k PC graphics comparison over on our sister channel PixelPerfect, but how do the Low, Normal and Ultra settings differ at UHD? Let's take a look.

Ubisoft's open world shooter Far Cry 5 has finally arrived and thanks to a new Graphics Comparison from our sister channel PixelPerfect we get a look at the game in all it's glory, as we test it in full 4k at the Low, Normal and Ultra presets to see just how pretty the game looks. The game has noticeable differences if you look at the vegetation, shadows and surface textures. If you look closely at 3:43 you'll notice Joseph Seed's detail in his tattoo as well as facial hair improvements and sharpening to the character.

At the end of the video you can get an idea of how each preset performs as we breakdown the game with a benchmark to detail the results of the FPS tests. Using the power of the GTX 1080Ti in our system we tested out each preset, when set to "Low" we managed to get 56 FPS on average. On "Normal" we were able to get around 50 FPS, and maxing out the game with the "Ultra" preset gave us 45 FPS on average. All of these tests were done at 4k.
