E3 2017 - Far Cry 5 E3 Gameplay Walkthrough and New Trailer
Hope County needs a hero, will you fight against Eden's Gate in the upcoming open world action FPS Far Cry 5. Ubisoft unveils a first look at the gameplay and a new trailer from E3.
It's only been a few weeks since we got a reveal for the next entry in the Far Cry series, and now we get our first look at some gameplay fresh from the Ubisoft Press event at E3.
In the gameplay demo we can see the player recruiting members of the Resistance, using their special skills to their advantage it will allow a mission to be tackled in any shape the player sees fit. For the gameplay demo we're visiting the small town of Fall's End, which has been overrun by the cult. You will use Grace the Sniper and Boomer the Dog to tackle the mission, using Grace for cover fire and Boomer to distract enemies we're free to take them down from the shadows.
Along the way you will meet even more characters, with unique abilities and even vehicles or large animals that can be called in to help with the fight against Eden's Gate. You'll definitely need a helping hand if you want to take down this crazy cult from spreading their crazed ideals around the county.
Maybe you'll find animals such as bears and cougars to fit your playstyle. Want something to help you be stealthy or go in with brute force? Each animal will fill a specific role as you tackle missions. How you approach a mission is entirely down to you.
