You have given me a game that is free on Steam and which you have more than enough keys because you will no longer sell them. I want my money, give me a refund or open a dispute in PayPal.

The game is not free on Steam, not sure what you're seeing? I can understand being disappointed with the wait times and we are doing everything we can to resolve it. The keys may even be with us tomorrow at the earliest.
