I just got the "This CD Key or Activation Code is already in use with another Uplay Account. For more information please contact Ubisoft support" error message, seems pretty self-explanatory.
I purchased The Crew - Calling All Units a while ago and i got the email that the key was ready last night, i went and activated it and i still cant see it under owned dlc's in games.
But if i got account information and then click on my games and go to the crew and scroll down its there just not under games where i can launch them.
And i do have the main game and all previeus dlc's
Wait until release, it's still not out until tomorrow. I believe it's midnight but I may be wrong.
I activated the key, but Uplay returned no answer. Now, I cannot see it in my library. I sent a letter to the Ubi support team, and I expect an answer in a few days (they have a long queue, I assume).
Hey there! That usually happens when you don't yet have the main game activated on your Uplay account. Do you have The Crew?
I submitted my report to Ubi. It is a very complicated problem. The thing is that I had two versions of The Crew on my account: The Crew (Russian), which I never use, and The Crew + The Crew: Wild Run (Worldwide). When I activated the key, the client returned nothing; and I could not see the DLC added to my Worldwide version. I relogged, and I can no longer log in to the Uplay account(!). I assume that adding the DLC key messed up my account, inasmuch as it tried figuring out to which version it should attach. Now, I am stuck with no Uplay, no games, no Crew. However, I have had positive experience with the Ubisoft help team; and I hope they will help to resolve it: on the downside, it takes weeks sometimes...

Yes, if you have the base game on your Uplay account. It's not region locked.
Why cant i change the currency to EURO?
The UK store features GBP only. You can purchase the game in Euro from our french or german Stores.
