What exactly? If you refer to the price, this will be available for the next 6 days.
If you refer to Six Siege being free to play, it's only until sunday this week (Sept. 1st 2019)

No, you keep it forever. The time on the site only says how long the price will remain valid. After 6 days, the promotion ends.
