replySorry just to clarify, if I purchase this game then I put the game key into Steam but I have to have a Uplay account yes, just like with Star Trek Bridge Crew and Eagle Flight right? I don't need to download yet another 3rd party software program like Origin or Gamersgate do I?
replyNo, you will need to use this key with Uplay. There are no Steam keys for Assassin's Creed Origins at all.

replyIt's a Uplay key only, sorry! Even if you purchased it on Steam you'd still have to use Uplay anyway :)

replyHey i just bought the gold edition when activating it in uplay it doesn't mention anywhere that it is the gold edition, is that normal?
replyYep that is unfortunately completely normal from Ubisoft :D They often use the same cover art for all versions of one game... But you should see that you have the Season Pass if you click in to seeing more details about the game.
