replyEXCUSE ME, See i went on a UK "games powered website" and saw that DragonBallFighterZ was on sale and i was interested to buy it! However, i got done purchasing it. When i tried to redeem my code... it said to me please confirm your account. After I DID it tells me the SAME THING!! Then, when i tired to link account like my steam account i logged me into my steam but also saying you need to log into your account first before connecting any social media accounts. i tried going back to the point where i purchased it and apparently it forced log me in as my steam account without giving me MY GAME! I went to the game library it to see if it was there and it was gone. Please help me find a solution for this!

replyI've tried to pay for the game using a Prepaid VISA card, which most have said is allowed. I checked the balance on the card and it has 40 dollars, I've used the code on the game to buy it for 34 dollars and it says it's not working. What's up with that?
