Good news, the issue has been resolved! Please check your Gamesplanet account, a new key to enable the preorder bonus has been added to your order. You'll find the bonus content in the usual DLC tab in your Steam client/launcher.

replyWell, forget what I just told ^^ No need for a dlc key, the one we're providing includes the dlc already (new keys and all that).
replyIt's normal, it was a preorder dlc bonus, the post release keys don't include the bonus content anymore.
