Just over a month to go until we master cars, exotic locations and vodka martinis with the release of 007 First Light on May 27th. Before that, publisher and developer IO Interactive are treating us to a Gameplay Overview trailer to explain what the game is all about ahead of launch. The team at IO are no strangers to bringing a compelling action game to life, with the fantastic HITMAN World of Assassination proving their worth as a sandbox filled with ways to accomplish missions replayability.

The upcoming 007 First Light game will put you in the shoes of England's most famous agent James Bond, in the early days of his career as he climbs the ranks to become the Agent everyone knows today. Like HITMAN before it, you're given the choice between being Stealthy or going guns Blazing. Sometimes you may need to use your wits to undercover alternative methods to accomplish your goal.

Eavesdrop on conversations, bluff your way in tight situations or look for new ways to get around locations. Of course this being a Bond game you can expect a number of Gadgets courtesy of Q Branch, giving you a range of devices including the trusty Q Watch, that can be used to hack, disrupt and more. There's also the the smoke pod or modified ear buds, which can be used to distract enemies.

If all else fails, Bond will need to improvise and using his surroundings you'll be able to take advantage of objects in the environment, such as snooker balls, wrenches and even cleaning carts that can fly into an unsuspecting foe!
