I am a bit confused. Is the 15.08 not the release date only for US and for Europe it is the 18.08 ? I have thought so far that I could play from 15.08.
reply15th is the Worldwide release on Steam, 18th is for the retail/boxed versions in Europe. Hope this clears it up, you'll be able to play on the 15th :)

replyKeys will be sent out as soon as possible, usually a few days before / when a preload happens. Yes you'll get the same pre-order bonuses as Steam (9 premiere Skins + Johnny Gat).
