Assassin's Creed Origins: Trials of the Gods Event live until November 14th
Take on the Trials of the Gods event before November 14th and face off against the mighty God Anubis in Assassin's Creed Origins.
It's only been out for less than 2 weeks, but Assassin's Creed Origins is already delivering more fresh content to players. Yesterday Ubisoft launched the first live event for the game, titled "Trials of the Gods" which will see players tackle hard bosses for a limited period to earn great rewards. The first boss players will have tackle is Anubis, who is available in the game from November 7th - November 14th.
Those who manage to pass the Trials of the Gods event and slay Anubis will be able to get the legendary sword Conductor of Soul, which is a powerful level 40 weapon that can heal on succesful kills. You can do the Trial event as many times as you want as long as it's up, but you will only be able to earn one weapon per event. If you manage to get all the items in a set then you will also unlock a legendary outfit.
Should you miss the event then you'll have another shot to claim the reward in the future.
How to start the Trials of the Gods Anubis Event
Make sure your Assassin's Creed Origins game is up to date with the latest patch, head into the game and search for the "Event Quest" in the game menu. Once you are in the action start investigating a glitch in the Animus and make your way to the southwest of Siwa. It's easy to spot this on the map, but be warned you should take this challenge on if you're at least level 40 otherwise you may find things end quickly for you.
In the future they plan to add even more Trials of the Gods Events, as well as even more free content - with a few packs coming later this month for owners of the Gold Edition/Season Pass.
