E3 2017 - Assassin's Creed Origins, Over 40 Minutes of 4k Gameplay Footage
Visit the Pyramids of Ancient Egypt in the upcoming Action Open World game Assassin's Creed Origins with new gameplay footage showcasing off the game in 4k.
Even though it's only just been announced, there's plenty of Gameplay for Assassin's Creed Origins and thanks to IGN we get our first look at some footage which allows us to look at the game in greater detail. If you can, make sure you watch the videos in 4k as they are stunning.
In the next Assassin's Creed you will be playing as the last Medjay Bayek, set in Ancient Egypt this title will see you go face to face with Mummies, Gods and Pharaohs to uncover mysteries that should remain buried. Travel back to where the Brotherhood was born, in a gorgeous open world that has plenty to see and do. Much like other entries in the series, you will have various skills and weapons at your disposal - this time you will also be able to find new weapons and upgrade your character with new RPG mechanics that offer players something fresh. That's not all either! Combat has been reworked and you can expect to take on multiple enemies at once as you switch between melee and ranged weapons on the fly.
There's plenty more to see, so we put together a playlist below so you can see even more gameplay of this massive open world title. Egypt comes alive, even at 4k (if your system can handle it)!
As you can see, there's so much to look forward to when we head to Egypt later this year. Perhaps the open world will be as rich and detailed as Black Flag or Syndicate? I am interested to see what creatures will be included in Egypt, we already know that you'll get a Hawk companion to scout the areas but will we see others helping us out? And Camel riding is already confirmed via screenshots!
Assassin's Creed Origins is coming to PC, Xbox One and PS4 on October 27th. You can pre-order the game today to get bonuses when the game launches.
