Atomic Heart launches on Feb 21st 2023 - gets a new trailer!
The Action RPG Atomic Heart is set in a fictional Soviet Union in the 1950s and shines with an amazingly creative scenario. Now the release date has been set: February 21st 2023.
When Atomic Heart was first announced with moving images, it was indeed a very moving moment for the gaming community. The graphically pretty but very crazy setting, which draws you into a fictional and futuristic parallel world, is difficult to grasp, because in these 50s nothing is as we know it from history books. But to get you in the mood, first take a look at the release date trailer, which reveals with crisp action scenes that Atomic Heart will be released by publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Mundfish on 21.2.2023.
In the fictional world of Atomic Heart, you play in the aftermath of World War II. Humans and AI-controlled machines were actually getting along well, but then robots suddenly dare to revolt. This is somewhat reminiscent of the wacky setting of Steelrising, in which we have to deal with mechanical soldiers at the time of the French Revolution. In the science fiction world of Atomic Heart, too, you smash and shoot dangerous robots, giant machines and even mutants to pieces. The environment motivates tactical action and you should always keep an eye on your equipment, which can be upgraded as the game progresses.
