Does this include the Harley Quinn and Red Hood bonus chapters? Also, if I order now and (for some insane reason I can't foresee) change my mind before release, could I have a refund or store credit instead?

@BloodCobalt Usually we deliver activation codes 2-3 days prior to release. Sometimes, the codes are earlier with us but this depends on the publisher.
