How to get?

Helllo,
I bought this game together with Road to Hill 30 in August. Only now I went to activate it but while I was able to activate Road to Hill 30 on Uplay, I am not sure what to do with this one. RtH30 states it is to be redeemed on UPlay and contains instructions on how to be redeemed there.
This game provides no instructions and states it is for download but doesn't seem to provide any download links anywhere where I looked.
I noticed the key is 1 char longer than the one for RtH 30, so it looks like it is not for UPlay (when I try it there it says it is not valid code), but I can't figure out how to use it and where.
