I purchased from this site because of the pre-order bonus and I have not received it!
My friend purchase from this site too around a day or two ago and he received the bonus, it showed for him above his activation code. However, in my case there is only the activation code and no pre-order bonus code!
I am really upset by this and would like to know what is going on, and when this will be resolved :(!

Hey Morgan,
The pre-order bonus was only available until launch, however it should be included with your code now as it became available for a limited time as mentioned on our store page so you should still get it. Be sure to take a look in the game and on your DLC tab to see if it's appearing.
So you should still have it even though you missed the pre-order window.
