Yes, this monday... 1 day. Codes are assigned to the accounts and can only be picked up from the account. We do send notifications by email, too.

Refunds are automated from the account. Select the game and you can refund immediately.

The first Beta ended earlier this month so you'll not get a code for that, however there is another upcoming Beta starting in September and we should be sending out codes for that nearer the time. Need to check what the plans of Activision are but don't worry you'll get to play it in time :)
