So few days ago I bought BO4 did all the registration on COD site, but never recieved any other code to redeem.
Now that servers are open, when I open the game, nice welcome shows up that I have to restart game with battle.net app, although I pre purchased the game....
You should have got a code emailed from Activision that can be redeemed on Battle Net, if you don't you should find it here - https://profile.callofduty.com/promotions/redeem/bo4/beta
As for the notice about purchasing the game this is because right now you only have a beta code but we're emailing full codes out nearer release so don't worry :)
It's completely normal. You purchased the game and will get everything that is advertised.
