Activation ERROR! "Product not available in your country"? How to fix
Under certain circumstances, when trying to activate Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on Battle.net, you will see this error message: "Sorry, this product is not available in your country". If you bought COD: Black Ops 4 at Gamesplanet, you can be sure that the game can be activated in these European countries.
As long as the settings of your PC, and especially those of the Battle.net account, are correct. We'll tell you how to check the setting and change it if necessary.
Review and change the Battle.net account
For an EU key, your Battle.net account at Blizzard must of course also be set accordingly. If you have moved to another country or are using a VPN and then try to redeem Gamesplanet BO4 key, issues may arise.
- Log in to your Blizzard account it should direct you to Summary tab of your account.
- Under "Account Details" you will find information on the "country of residence". If none of the above mentioned countries appear there, you must contact Blizzard Support to change this information.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the residence in the settings by yourself. Blizzard applies increased security measures (for example, the presentation of an official identity document). For more details about the change of "country of residence", please visit the official Blizzard support. There is also the customer service link. On the Customer Support page, click on "Change Blizzard account country" and follow the instructions provided by Blizzard.
VPN active?
Please also check whether or not you have a VPN service running in the background that reroutes your IP (and your residence). Disable the VPN if there is a problem with activating Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
