Is there a way to cancel pre-orders?

I've seen enough in the beta to see that this isnt the COD saviour we hoped for, unfortunately. They've learned nothing at all it seems

so I purchased and then not sure if i really wanted the game. so i clicked Refund, is there a way to cancel my refund. I will keep the game.

Hello again, I see no refund button yet and it has just been revealed that pay to win lootboxes are coming upon release. I definitely do not want to support that and would rather cancel and buy something else on your store

If you wish to cancel now, I can do that for you. Other than that, all beta orders will be reset in the customer accounts after beta, so the refund button will be available again (means you can request a refund from your account automatically).
