Important! How to install COD: Modern Warfare on your PC with the Blizzard App (Battle.net client)

You purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare at Gamesplanet, connected the game to your Battle.net account (instructions) and now you want to download and install the game itself? You can do this conveniently with the "Battle.net Desktop App" from Blizzard. It is required for the installation process. Download and install Blizzard's App - a step-by-step guide

Step 1: Visit the official Blizzard download page and click "Download for Windows".

Step 2: Run the downloaded file "Battle.net-Setup.exe", install the app, start it and enter the login data of your Blizzard account to log in. Don't have a Blizzard account yet? Then click on "Create a free Blizzard Account" below and log in after that.

Step 3: In the Blizzard App, click the "MW" icon on the left and after that "Install" on the right. After downloading over 117 GB, the Battle.net client installs the game on the desired drive and you can start Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
