I can start the game but when im playing it the graphic looks so bad, look like it's not loading when in gameplay (sometime in Multiplayer menu). Has anyone run into the same problem. please help me

I think so, i have geforce experience and i have just scanned the driver and downloaded after finish downloading modern warfare. by the way my geforce experience can't detect modern warfare. i think this relate to my problem.
my driver is 440.97 version release on 10/22/2019

It's possible you may have a setting on that could be making the game look worse. Did you try turning raytracing on/off?
