How the Soccer System in Captain Tsubasa 2 Works
The sequel to Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions features a significantly more in-depth set of mechanics. Five core systems define gameplay in Captain Tsubasa 2: With Max Actions, you take high risks for maximum impact. Super Moves deliver character-specific special techniques, such as shots, passes, dribbling, or sliding tackles. The Chain System rewards fluid chains of actions with increasing shot power. Goalkeeper Tactics make goalkeeping more tactical than in the previous game, featuring shot prediction and a stamina system that can permanently weaken goalkeepers. And with the rare Miracle Actions, you might even turn hopeless situations around.
Featuring 22 national teams and more than 110 playable characters, the revamped title is set to release for PC in 2026.
