Hi Diagnostic Join, you will be getting the code for Steam a few days before launch. You can get it from Canada no worries, the only places you can't get it from is Japan & North Korea. As for how much you'll be charged this depends on which payment you use (Paypal has a small fee I believe).

I need some help. So when will we receive the code for P.C. if i order right now? Will I receive the pre-order bonuses through steam or Will i receive separate codes to enter through steam? I live in Canada, how will this affect my availability to order and will I be charged anything extra by this company to order? I love this game. The thought put into the lore and the relationships between the player and the world is exquisite.
