FAQ: PC Version Questions

Got questions on the upcoming shooter MMO Destiny 2? We hear you, as such we've prepared a small FAQ on some of the big questions for the FPS game coming to PC next week. Should you have any questions feel free to ask and we'll be happy to respond :)

PC FAQ:

Do I need a Battle.Net account to play?
Yes, all players playing Destiny 2 on PC will require a free Battle.Net account to play the game with.

Do I need to pay a monthly subscription?
Unlike the console version of Destiny 2, PC players are not required to pay for a monthly subscription and you only need to pay for the game itself.

Can I run the game?
Only you can answer that question, if you were able to play in the recent PC Beta without issues then you should be able to play the full version of Destiny 2. Take a look at the system requirements for more info on whether or not your system can handle it!

When does Destiny 2 Launch?
Destiny 2 will launch on Tuesday October 24th at 6pm BST / 7pm CEST. For more details on timezones, check this post.

When can we preload?
The preload for Destiny 2 on PC is coming later today, keys from Gamesplanet will be sent out soon ;)
