Destiny 2: PVP Event Trials of the Nine is going live later today
Bungie continues to deliver regular content for their recent FPS shooter sequel Destiny 2, with the Trials of the Nine PVP event arriving later today on consoles.
Destiny 2 may have only been out a week on console, but that hasn't stopped Bungie from delivering some fresh content to players. Earlier this week the Leviathan Raid was delivered to players, which saw groups try to take down some of the toughest bosses in the game for awesome rewards. Tonight at 6pm BST the team are set to release yet another content when the "Trials of the Nine" event begins. This new content will be focused around PVP as players compete in the crucible, but beyond that we don't really know much else. Bungie have released a short teaser to prepare people for the event, with very little detail regarding what the event actually is.
Prepare to launch into the cruciible tonight for a battle which may yield some rewards! Leviathan has also been a big success on console and some clans have even managed to beat the raid 5 hours after the release of it. The fireteam who claimed the world first was from The Legend Himself, a clan on PS4 - the same clan who almost came close to beating scoring the world first for the Destiny: Rise of the Iron raid Wrath of the Machine.
Regular content for the game is a great thing, and while PC players wait for the release on October 24th, it's nice to know that gamers will be able have events to keep them busy. "high intensity Crucible combat,"
These circumstances do not necessarily shorten or spoil the wait for the release of Destiny 2 for PC. But they're already planning what will happen to us. Only on October 24, PC gamers with a mouse and keyboard can play in Destiny 2.
