Not sure about the DE/FR site but I got mine from the UK deluxe and it did.

I just ordered Xenoverse 2 today, so after release, and you still delivered a Preorder key with the associated bonuses, which I did not expect and which is really very cool! =)
Though this has only been my second purchase on your site, it definitely will not be the last, as soon as my knee allows me to walk and work again. ;)
Edit: Apparently there has just been a patch today (28th) to adress the missing Goku Black & Future Trunks unlocks; according to a friend who's already playing, they now unlock fine.

replyBandai is aware of the issues with Black Goku and other pre-order bonuses. They are currently working on fixing that :)
