Keys will be sent soon you don't need to worry. As for the bonus it's still unclear, we're hoping yes but we don't know just yet. We'll try to confirm it prior to release.

I'm Japanese, and I was wondering if Japanese is included in the question.
The Japanese Steam page seems to include several other languages such as Korean, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, etc., so I guess it's safe to assume that there are differences depending on the region.
