Haven't received my product key - can't reach support

Hi,

I purchased ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree Edition on 05.08.2026 (Order number: 06381A67CB8671, paid via PayPal), but my email has never been confirmed despite requesting the confirmation multiple times. I've checked my spam folder and there's nothing there.

I tried emailing your support address directly, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. I'm not sure how else to get in touch, and I still can't access my Steam key because my account remains unconfirmed.

Could someone please help me get my account confirmed, or provide the key directly? This has been going on for a while now and I'd really appreciate some help resolving it.
