Can't download the game

I purchased the game way back in 2010 but can no longer download it from my gamesplanet library, it shows the key (not a steam key) but it also displays some broken code on the delivery field and an empty block that says HTML on the right side where the download links are supposed to be. Other more recent games do display the download links. Is there anyway I could get to download the game again? Any help is appreciated
