Region issue!!!!HElp!!!

I leave in the Seychelles Islands.ive been playing football manager for the last 10 sad years of my life!And only now with Football Manager 2018 that im having this issue regarding the region!! ive already waste money by buying 2 games that has gone to waste cause of that!
can anyone help me out here?

I didnt buy it on gameplanet.got it on Argos uk. Problem it say its not available in my region for me to download the other half of the game.Ive never had this issue before with Football Manager.
