Not working, Steam says it isn't available in my country (Great Britain), and I live in Yorkshire, very much the heart of Great Britain. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there,

Due to a mixup with regions the game is currently unable to redeemed in the UK, however SEGA are aware of this and the issue should be resolved shortly. Apologies for the confusion. We'll update as soon as we find out when the problem is resolved.

Not sure where you saw that but it definitely does work in England, FM18 codes from us work in the UK and are given out after purchase.

hello, can i please get the refund too? I'm from Guernsey in the Channel Islands which is in Great Britain but the key will not work.

Seems the regional restrictions are a little too strict, as such that is not included in the list of countries that are supported (we did mention it on our checkout page). We'll get that refunded for you.
