Hi there, on the ad to order the game it said I would get the Steam key straight away but I cannot see it on the order. Can you please point me in the right direction please. Thanks

We're waiting for keys from SEGA which should be soon, worry not you'll get it as soon as they're available.

Hi there, the game isn't released yet there are no keys and they'll be available closer to release date. Which ad you are referring to, could you please link us that? Thanks.

Previous years other retailers have had keys for pre-ordering. Also on announcement day. Different this year? Or just for you?

SEGA have not sent keys out yet, but we expect they'll be soon. No need to worry you'll get it as soon as they are available if you pre-order. As soon as keys are sent an email will be sent to people to let them know it's in their account waiting.
