I activated the key but the FM 22 Touch didn't appear, just the regular game. I was told it was included when I redirected here from FMSports blog.

Yes, as mentioned on the store page you'll get early access to the game roughly 2 weeks prior to release (date still tbc). Keys are available after purchase.
