I have just purchased the game from you guys and when I want to download it on steam, it says the product is not "working in this country". I live in Spain. What should I do?

Keys definitely work in your region, same with all of Europe. If you have issues email [email protected]
Generally it's a case your Steam account region is not set to the same location you're in and can be updated here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/
