replyIf you paid as a bank account transfer, it takes some time for the money to come from the bank and to gamesplanet. However, if you use paypal, the transaction is instant (if i remember correctly).

replyOnly Uplay, as is the case with most games sold by Ubisoft. You'll still need to use Uplay even with the Steam version and you can play with players who own the Steam version anyway.
