replyNo that's not possible, the only way to get it on Steam is to purchase it on Steam itself. Either way you'll still have to use Uplay and you can add the game as a "Non Steam Game" which will let you use the overlay and features + you can still play with people who use the Steam version anyway.

Are you from the US? Could be that your bank has an over seas block on your card. You can contact them to lift that. If you are from the US make sure you read the notice about the region lock ?
