For Honor Regional Restrictions (Activation through Uplay)

For Honor has region restrictions applied and can not be activated from specific countries!

If you are located in one of the below countries, activation will NOT work for you:

Will this key also be usable from Singapore?

The main regional restriction notice only states "Europe, Africa, Middle-East, Oceania, Japan & South Korea." - 'Oceania' doesn't always include South-East Asia, but Singapore also isn't in the detailed list where "activation will NOT work".
