Scam I just bought the game and wanted to gift it but the button didn't work so I tried the green one which name I don't remember now I can't undo.

You trigger another action yourself and now you call it a scam? Instead of redeeming the key at Uplay, you could have asked for help through support. We could have reset your order to allow gifting again after you accepted the order (that is what the green button does).
