HELP - How to find your pre-order bonuses

If you bought Call of Duty: WWII from us before release, then you can look forward to some extras that you can pick up shortly after the start of the game. We'll show you where you can get your hands on the Zombie Camo, Weapon Unlock, Bonus XP Ugrade and Divisions Packs can be found within the game!

You've got Mail! Grab your bonuses from Headquarters.

First, you will need to play at least one multiplayer game in Call of Duty: WWII. Only then you have the opportunity to visit the headquarters via the menus. Note: Call of Duty Points will be deployed in the game on November 14th and can be picked up from the Mail.

Selecting HQ after your first Multiplayer match.

Upon entering HQ, find the Mail delivery point.

Click the Rewards boxes one at a time to collect your extras.

Grab another camo in the Nazi Zombies mode.

Select a weapon and press F1

  1. If you have completed a multiplayer match, you can visit the Headquarters in the "Find Match" menu.
  2. Then locate the mail postmaster in the HQ where you can get your rewards.
  3. Click on each reward to unlock them. Note: You may have different rewards from others depending on the Edition of the game and whether or not you played in the recent Open Beta or not. Either way you are able to get the following bonuses: Multiplayer Upgrade Boost for 2x XP, Divisions Pack and the Nazi Zombie Camo. You will also receive 1,100 COD points for owning a copy of the game, which is unlocked automatically.
  4. To get the Nazi Zombie camo, first you have to switch to the Nazi Zombies mode for COD: WW2. From here you can find the pattern either with the "equipment" or "loadsouts" screens (you will need to be at least level 5 to unlock the loadouts). Alternatively you can also find it under the "Weapon Build Kits" menu.
  5. Find the weapon you want to give a new lick of paint to, select it and press F1.

And this is how the Nazi Zombie pattern "Geistkraft" will look on the sawed-off-shotgun. Might not be something the Zombies will be happy with, but could be nice to show off among your team!
