Ghost Recon Wildlands - PC System Requirements Revealed, Open Beta Coming Soon (with new area)!

Nvidia have Officially revealed the hardware you'll need to run Ghost Recon Wildlands, it'll require at least a GeForce GTX 660, Intel Core i5-2400S and 50 gigs HDD space. AMD equivalents To Be Confirmed.

Last weekend we finally got a chance to test our Ghost Recon Wildlands in closed beta and it sure is a great looking title, wide open fields and mountains everywhere. One thing that many had concerns with was the performance, which even on highest settings tanked even the top end machines. Now that the official system requirements have been revealed, it should hopefully ease some players about needing a high end PC to play it on. As with most Open/Closed tests requirements and performance can fluctuate from time to time but the final game will iron our optimisation issues.

As yet we're still waiting to hear what AMD cards will be required, but I imagine we'll find out soon.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands PC System Requirements

Minimum (Blurred Face):

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 3.3 GHz or AMD FX-4320 @ 4 GHz
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 660
  • VRAM: 2GB
  • RAM: 6GB
  • OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
  • HDD: 50GB free space

Recommended (Scarface):

  • CPU: Intel Core i7- 3770 @ 3.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4 GHz
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 or GeForce GTX 970
  • VRAM: 4GB
  • RAM: 8GB
  • OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
  • HDD: 50GB free space

Additionally it's been revealed after the success of the Closed Beta that an Open Beta will be coming very soon, so fans will be able to jump in if they didn't experience it for themselves last week. Not much is known about what will feature, but it's possible we may get an entirely new region to explore in the open beta as an email to closed beta testers indicated that to be the case. Also if you did play in the Closed Beta you'll be able to grab the Llama T-Shirt on March 7th from your loadout!
