I am going to buy this game from this website for the first time. I never bought any game for any other website before. So I just wanted to ask 2 questions.
how do u download a game when u have paid the price?
AND
so when I bought the game, can I play the game in any PC which belongs to me or is it just one computer?
replyWe'll provide you with a key which you can redeem on the Rockstar Social club website, we'll also provide you with files to download the game (though you can use the Rockstar Social Club to do this if you wish).
You're not limited to the amount of PC's you can install/play it on, however you'll only be able to play the game on one machine at a time. Hope this clears things up :)
replyso basically we can install game in different pc but we cant play it in the same time. Is it possible that I can play it on different time with my different PC.

We've been trying to replace your code several times and you are still having issues so there must be something going wrong on your end, we suggested reaching out to Rockstar to see if they could figure out what was going wrong as it's very unlikely the codes are bad with us selling thousands of working codes direct from the publisher itself.
The codes are real and should all be valid, though sometimes we come across broken codes but will always try to help you out. In this case I have no idea what's happening so again would really suggest reaching out to Rockstar and finding out the issue is.
We will try to assist you with your issue though as we have been doing so far.

It's not a Steam code, the only place to get a Steam version is Steam itself. You can still play with the owners of Steam and add it to your Library as a "Non Steam game" so you can have the overlay though.

Like I know the tough politics of the Rockstar Games. Is not there a risk that the publisher ban my key If I buy it here
(I was banished without cheating; With a game bought at the real store in my city after 1 year of gaming).
