Lithium, I want to buy GTA V for a friend off of this site. I dont see an option to purchase as a gift. Can I just buy it and give them the key? If I buy it today will they still receive the pre-order bonus money?

if i download the files from gamesplanet instead of r* does it ask at the end of installation process if i want to keep them for another installation? i dont want to download twice the same game. thx
