Only region locked for Germany, you'll be fine.

Are all the Pre-order goodies (Gamebook, German Music Pack and Allied Music Pack) included? If yes, how and when are they're going to be delivered to us (expecially the Gamebook) ?

Yes, all the pre-order goodies are included. They should be available at launch as far as I know, should be listed in the game install folder when you install the game via Steam.

Codes are available now, so you won't have long to wait - though you need to wait for the launch ;)

Hi guys sorry to be a hassle, Just wondering how exactly the key gets delivered to me. Just unsure if I receive an Email with a code or I get it through steam as an activation code ((Not really sure how I would redeem that)).

You'll get it added to your account page, you then add that code to Steam.
