E3 2016 - Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 coming in 2017?
It seems like quite a while since the rumour mill has pointed to signs of Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 with several people saying it was in development over at NetherRealm Studio and now it might even be announced at E3 (or even sooner!) as Gameblog.fr have suggested.

The original game came out in 2013 so the timing would line up for a March 2017 release date which is what sources are speculating. The game itself is being created for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 so expect to see some shiny things with the horse power of modern machines. Mortal Kombat X was the last game from NetherRealm and while it had some flaws it was a good fighter but PC issues have always been a problem with both the Mortal Kombat series and Injustice suffered too. Since this new game is supposedly using the same engine as MKX it might end up having a few port problems when it arrives on PC but we can't wait either way!
We'll soon find out if Injustice 2 is a reality with E3 launching in a few weeks.
