Insurgency: Sandstorm Major Upate coming November 8th, includes a new Map
Tactical warfare returns next month when the FPS sequel Insurgency: Sandstorm launches on December 12th. Later this week a brand new update is coming to the game on November 8th which will add in a brand new map, a new Insurgent Weapon and various options, tweaks and gameplay fixes. In this new trailer we get a glimpse of the Precinct Map, which is a large scale map set in a City with tight corners, burnt-out cars and more.
There's also graphical upgrades coming with the Update such as anti-aliasing, animation and character models all getting some love, plus the game will run even better thanks to optimisation. Additionally, players can expect server browser improvements to allow them to find maps/modes easier and a number of improvements/bug fixes on movement speeds, map layouts and more!
