Just Cause 3 Multiplayer Mod finally arrives next week
After a long period of waiting and delays, the open world action game Just Cause 3 will see the release of the much anticipated Multiplayer mod next week as it leaves Beta testing.
For Just Cause 2, fans have been able to play the explosive open world action game with their friends for many years and now the party continues in Just Cause 3. There have been a few projects attempting to bring the Just Cause 3 Multiplayer experience to light, and recently it was announced that one of the teams working on a project had been hired by the developers which caused the project to dissolve. Fortunately we've got another team working on the project and thanks to Nanos, the beta version which has been in testing for so long is finally releasing. On July 20th the mod for Just Cause 3 will finally be released to the public as it releases on Steam next week. You can keep an eye on the mod and wait for the release over on the official steam page Steam Page.
As with many mods, the Just Cause 3 Multiplayer mod will be completely free of charge to anyone who owns the base game of Just Cause. The Nanos team behind this project has programmers from Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom all working to create the best possible experience for gamers. With them already working on the mod for more than a year already, they are planning to add various new features to the game with a number of additions including:
Just Cause 3 Multiplayer Mod Features
- Battle, race, chase and play tag with fighter jets with up to hundreds of players per server.
- Enjoy community created gamemodes, ensuring a constantly evolving play set.
- Countless hours of fun including racing, deathmatch, skydiving, freeroam, etc.
- Don’t see the game mode you want? Make one!
- State-of-the-art synchronisation helps reduce lag to a minimum.
The team also plans to add in achievements in a future update, so players can have something to work together with their friends during their open world shooter experience. As yet there is no planned release date for the 1.1 update which will add achievements, but hopefully players will not have to wait long.
