I already have the Deluxe edition, if I register this key to steam, will aim still be able to get the Classic Chloe outfit?

Or does the outfit perchance come as a separate key?

Are you certain that this Classic outfit is not included in the Deluxe version? I would guess that activation would not even work for you since Steam would recognize you as already owning this game. Furthermore, I would not recommend anyone to buy this game if they already own the Deluxe Edition because it is the same game that you already own. But I can confirm for you that this purchase comes with just one Steam key, not a separate Outfit key.
