Little Nightmares 3: In the “Dreams on Paper” trailer, Low and Alone draw together to fight their fears

Only four more sleeps until the release of Little Nightmares 3 on October 10 - hopefully without any nightmares. Low and Alone, the game's two protagonists, draw cooperatively in the new “Dreams on Paper” video released by publisher Bandai Namco ahead of launch.

"Not just a drawing, but a way to keep fear at bay. Will you pick up the pen and share the burden?" Reads the caption under the new trailer for the upcoming horror adventure Little Nightmares 3, which, as is typical for the series, works particularly well in online co-op with friends (or optionally solo with an AI partner). In the game, the two main characters, Low and Alone, help each other run, jump, fight, and solve puzzles together, as beautifully illustrated by the scenes shown at the Little Nightmares Showcase Event.

Anyone hoping for more in-game scenes from the new Dreams on Paper trailer should reconsider their expectations. The almost childlike scribbles in the video are only meant to convey one thing in a (rather cute) way: Low and Alone tackle everything as a team and draw a common path that will hopefully lead them out of the gruesome nowhere at the end of Little Nightmares 3. Teamwork – it's essential.
